Hardware

Guaranteed respons time in case of hardware failure. You can choose from 12 (standard), 6 or 3 hours.

Monitoring
Guaranteed respons time in case of unreachable service on server. When a service becomes unavailable, QuickServers support will log on your server and bring the service back online.

Patches
Installing security updates as released by operating system and controlpanel vendor.

Software
Number of hours system administration included to install en configure programs on request.

If you need support that is not covered within your service level agreement, you can choose for paid support: EUR 39,95/hour.
